3.  Take it to God in prayer.

 

4.  Be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit in that regard

 

5.  When you meet the person be honest to the person about yourself.

 

6.   Get to know him/her better

 

7.   If you're a guy then you can propose to her, and

 

8.  Get married to her.
